Yes. The deposit of $150 is required to secure your rental. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of rental if no damage is found during the return inspection process.

Yes, you must be 25 years old to rent our equipment.

Yes. We require you to have full coverage insurance.

If you need to cancel your rental it must be given 24 hours prior of pick-up time. Late cancellations will result in security deposit being held. 

Please contact us immediately if damage occurs during your rental. Upon return of your rental, the trailer will go through our return inspection process. We will assess the damages and will discuss with you at this time. Pictures are taken at pick-up and upon return to ensure you are not held responsible for damage that you did not cause. If damage has occurred, we will contact our insurance adjuster for an estimate of damages. Your security deposit will be held until cost of damage & repairs is discussed and agreed upon.

You are responsible for all tolls and toll violations. If your vehicle has a Sunpass transponder, and you have a Sunpass account, Sunpass will not bill you. Please be advise that payment for transactions may be up to 90 after rental period. 

In the state of Florida, typically the insurance that you carry will generally cover the trailer it tows.

You can purchase a supplement liability insurance through our Nolan Trailer insurance policy for a small fee.
